Where will my order ship from?
All Bright Safe Care orders are shipped from our warehouse, located in Montreal, QC
What countries do you ship to?
At this point in time, Bright Safe Care only ships to addresses located in Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed for shipping within 2 – 3 business days.
Your package will be shipped based on your choice of Canada Post service at checkout.
Delivery times will vary by province:

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges on any item once your order has been shipped.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, you will have 14 business days from date of order to contact our customer care team with the following information:

Photos of defect
Claims that do not provide clear pictures of the defect will not be processed. Once we receive your request, a member of our customer care team will validate your claim and take the appropriate steps to make it right.
Please note, our customer care team will only investigate defective or damaged items PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE. Bright Safe Care products purchased from other retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policies.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your items have been processed for shipping. If you have not received a tracking number for your order, contact us with your order number. Please keep in mind it may take anywhere from 1-3 business days to process your order for shipping.
Bright Safe Care products are not medical devices, and no medicinal claims are being made. Bright Safe Care product manufacturer does not and cannot guarantee total protection or complete safety. Bright Safe Care products must be used in combination with precautionary measures such as hand hygiene to be most effective. Bright Safe Care products used improperly (such as when taking off Bright Safe Care product) can provide a false sense of protection and potentially lead to self-contamination, particularly when not combined with other hygiene measures.
